MAMBOWoohooo.. Long time no write. How's da crowd out there????
Am i getting crazy... .
Well its been Eon since I step into Mambo again. Well the atmosphere is still electrifying. The stage is set, the crowd is there the only difference... Its been morphed into a Practical session for school of deaf and mute. Practicall Every word of a song is being maimed.... What happened? ? Ok I have been saying this for quite some time ( ie few years) but I think during chorus or certain nice part having synchro steps are fun. Just like being in a boy band or something. BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH. destroying the very essence of Mambo since then.

It was nice to hear a good mix of retro nonetheless. Hope to have chance to visit again. I miss my SummerRain.. Zouk Style.... muhahahaha....

Random thoughts .....
THe atmosphere in the office is kinda tense these few weeks. 2 collegues including me all felt that our limit for our boss AKA Mr 5 has reach its brim. Stephenus Prime has almost turned to the dark side when Zero San told him Boss new decision on our new job hierarchy arrangement. Well me too. Previously was being agreed I'll be the head. Now Zero San will be. I have no doubt that Zero San has better management skills, I am only concern about the remuneration and change of appointment which seems bleek at the moment.
Why must a boss like him be over my head? SOmeone who is scared of answering, only knows how to follow up emails which is of small fry. Big decisions he "play dumb" and when it comes to answering, some one got fired for "not following orders or failed to followup" which he was being copied in every email asking him for directions. He jus plain ignore. Just 1 yr my snr, his pay i pay is 3 times mine. On hearing that he "opened big lion mouth" when my ex boss left the company, I was really shocked that the former MD agreed.
===> I want half of his pay if I take up the responsibility of Head of this department. HR reshuffle and changed all the appointment. My team with a regional tag all reduce to executives only. THe department heads all "promoted" to Department Directors. SOUNDED as if we are so freaking BIG.
Yesterday HR send out meeting invitation. DUration 15mins today 9.15am. Big Boss got aanouncement. All of us present is not expecting anything good. Judging from the change of head last year, our sales figure were all red. I dont even dare dream about bonus. HR director even changed the bonus structure in a bit to save the outflow of talents from company. Who will change a 13mth bonus to a advance bonus where if u leave b4 the next May, have to repay in full? AND THE BEST THING IS ... its only 0.75 of ur pay. WTF. I have really over stayed my bond. OH ya the joke about the bond in this company is. ITS FREAKING BLUFF and waste of time. Imagine if u break bond, 9+++K need to repay. You are not send for any means of training with this POWERFUL BOND U KNOW? WTF is this.
Been holding back my angst for 2 yrs already. What promised to be a adjustment after confirmation of $200 came as a scam. After 2 yrs. Increment is only $150 in a bit to "grow more for the junior executive"..... Appraisal points decreased by 10 in the whole team right after SL left company. Whole team morale nvr raised after that. Maybe only BOtak has cos he has been aroound the globe training and sightseeing. Rest of us beg to differ.
If only Mr 5 sees this. WAKE UP YOUR IDEA> Ur team will be dissolved after May (latest). Being good in studies doesnt mean u are good worker. This is somethign that I really agree after in the society for almost 10 yrs. So what if you were from Raffles ? So what if u from NTU? WTF... all talk no do. No offence to the others who are more streetsmart. This is a typical case of IQ UP EQ 0....... His way of communication irks me. Smiles and laughter with other department or "imports" from HQ, our own team was treated with horse face (long and stinky). Imagine your boss treat u like. HOW U EXPECT TO WORK. Its been atangonising 2 yrs. So much I have learnt So much more I can give. With such push factor. I think its time to conserve my energy for the next hurdle. Aint worth it when everything will be non-creditable to your own account.
